Patricia has counseled hundreds of clients through high stakes legal decisions. Clients regard her as dependable, responsible, clear, and direct. Patricia decided to open an estate planning practice after personally noticing how few people, regardless of wealth, had adequate estates plans when they started families, grown successful careers and businesses, or passed away. This was especially true for people of color.
Patricia decided to demystify the concept of wills, trusts, power of attorneys and created PBD Legal, PLLC with that goal in mind. Patricia helps clients create contingency plans for their assets, possessions, and loved ones and works with her clients to update as life changes over the years. When life happens, those plans take effect making for a streamlined decision-making process for everyone involved.
